Yes, some of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. This means each item is produced especially for you. Therefore, these print-on-demand items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or an incorrect delivery.

Print-on-demand products are shipped within 1 to 3 weeks after receipt of payment.

Other products will be shipped within 3 working days after receipt of payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a track & trace code.
